Brock Alspaugh, CRPC®
Founder & Financial Advisor

Brock M. Alspaugh started his career in the financial business with a local bank as an Investment Professional, where he obtained his Series 66, Series 7 and Life and Health Insurance License. Thinking outside of the box, Brock decided to start his own business adventure in 2007, when he opened his first financial firm, Innovative Financial Planners. That lead to starting the insurance entity, Innovative Insurance Consultants, LLC in 2008 and Innovative Financial Solutions (now Alspaugh Wealth Management) in 2013. Brock has been an editorial contributor for Fox Business and Bloomberg magazine. Along with dedicating his efforts to his clients, Brock is also an active member in the community. He obtained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC ®) designation from the College of Financial Planning. Individuals who hold the CRPC designation completed a course of study including pre-and post-retirement needs, asset management, estate planning, and the entire retirement planning process using models and techniques from real client situations. Aside from his business and community contributions, Brock is married to his beautiful wife, Danielle and has two boys, Gavin and Grant.

Danielle Alspaugh

Chief Operating Officer

Danielle Alspaugh joined the Alspaugh Wealth Management team as their Chief Operating Officer in February 2017. As Chief Operating Officer, Danielle focuses on marketing, business development, and client events. Prior to joining the AWM team, Danielle worked at Southeast Missouri State University for almost 10 years and served as Director of Human Resources for SoutheastHEALTH where she worked for nearly six years. Danielle holds a bachelors and master’s degree, both from Southeast Missouri State University and a Missouri Life and Health insurance license. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, Brock, and their two boys, Gavin and Grant.

Jason T. Lee, CPRC®, CRPS®

Financial Advisor

Jason is a lifetime resident of Southeast Missouri and has been with  Innovative Insurance Consultants since it’s beginning in 2009, and with Alspaugh Wealth Management since 2020. He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications. Jason has been in the insurance industry since 2006 and enjoys working with clients to create a plan to suit their needs and that fits their budget. He obtained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC ®) designation from the College of Financial Planning in 2013. This designation gives Jason’s clients the assurance of dealing with a true professional who understands all aspects of retirement insurance planning.  He also obtained his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) in 2021.   There are many options for businesses and their retirement plan.   This designation helps Jason identify which type of plan would work for your business. He is a member of the Cape Girardeau and Jackson Chambers of Commerce, La Croix Church,  and Cape Area Personnel Association (CAPA).  In his spare time, he enjoys bowling, playing poker with his friends, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, the SEMO Redhawks, Mizzou Tigers, Denver Broncos, as well as the Cardinals and Blues.

Dani Blanner

Office Manager

Dani Blanner is the Office Manager at Alspaugh Wealth Management. As Office Manager, Dani is responsible for all organizational aspects of the office from customer service to file processing and management. Dani’s married to her wonderful husband, Bryan, and has two sons, Nathan and Benjamin. Most of her spare time is happily spent with her sons, but she also enjoys reading, crafting and antiquing.

Tracy Pelczynski

Office Manager

Tracy Pelczynski (pronounced Pel-Chin-Ski) has a degree from Southeast Missouri State University and over 20 years experience in customer service positions. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog and traveling.
